Abstract
|
|
|
The soluble proteins pattern in the brain, liver, pancreas, spleen, kidney, testis and ovary of rabbits were separated by mean polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and it´s soluble proteins pattern were compared.
In male rabbits tested, soluble protein fractions of the brain, liver, pancreas, spleen, kidney and testis exhibited 15, 16, 9, 14, 14 and 13 respectively..
In female rabbits tested, soluble protein fractions of the brain, liver, pancreas, spleen, kidney and ovary exhibited 15, 16, 9, 14, 15 and 10 respectively.
In female rabbits tested, it´s kidney was shown that one more fraction appeared in male kidney, and other tissues similar to male, except reproductive organ.
